Bird of Paradise

Bird of Paradise is its common name and no name could describe it better than this.  The beauty of its flower is unsurpassed, its shape and colours resembling a bird of paradise.  It is a clump-forming perennial with attractive leathery green leaves.  If you want a somewhat tropical look in your garden, the bird of paradise should be there.

It is easy to care, just give it plenty of water and fertilize regularly, at least once a month from March to November.  You will be handsomely rewarded.
